Done Deal is a student startup, started and run by a cohort of Chico State business students. Our platform connects you with Taskers that can help you out with your tasks and odd jobs. Our Taskers are ambitious students from Chico State.

2. How does Done Deal work?
Simply create a task request on our platform, and Taskers in your area will be paired with your request.

3. How do I request a task?
To create a task, visit our Asker Form. It will prompt you to provide details about the job you need done, where it takes place, and when.

4. How are Taskers selected?
Our Taskers are selected based on their skills, experience, availability, and customer reviews.

6. How do I pay for a task?
Payments are made through Venmo or Zelle. You will be prompted to make a payment once your task is confirmed.

7. What if I need to cancel a task?
You can cancel a task within a specified timeframe without penalty. Please reach out to our team for details.

8. How do I leave a review?
After a task is completed, you’ll receive an email with a prompt to leave a review for your Tasker. We value your feedback!

9. What should I do if I have an issue with a Tasker?
If you encounter any issues, please contact our team, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.
